How to Lose Weight Fast

As we all know, losing weight is not easy. Many of us have tried different diets and exercise programs, all to no avail. However, here is a way to lose weight that actually works!!! I have tried this myself and it lets you lose an average of 5 lbs a week.

To lose weight fast, a 145 pounder should eat less than 1,200 calories a day. This may seem very hard, but it isn't. Try to divide every day into two parts: Breakfast, Lunch, and a snack go into one part, and Dinner in the other. I find this easier if you sleep in and eat a late breakfast that keeps you full until 6:00.

Breakfast

For Breakfast, i recommend eating cereal and milk with a piece of fruit. depending on how much cereal you eat, your breakfast will be anywhere from 250 to 400 calories. This wiill keep you full until around 5 or 6. Avoid anything greasy, such as eggs or bacon or sausages.

Calorie Count: 400

Lunch

I would think of lunch as a light snack. It should only something like a piece of fruit. Lunch is 50 - 100 calories.

Calorie Count: 500

Dinner

Bynow you should have a lot of quota to eat a pretty good supper. Pasta is a good choice, so is Japanese food and fish. Again, avoid anything too greasy. Remember: NO LATE NIGHT ICE CREAM!!!

Calorie Count: 1,200 or less. A Successful day!!!

See, that wasn't that hard!!

OK, maybe this is stretching the limit for some of you. IF you can't sleep in due to school, work, etc., then try to drink water instead of eating, and you can cut the amount of calories you consume. But if you just cant stand it, then go ahead. Satisfy your Cravings. Just dont come running to me if you blow this diet.

Well id agree but meat is needed for the good energy burn. There is more work to be done!
